For all makeover inquiries, you can visit the book now page. Retainer fees can be paid online. For bridal inquiries, please visit the bridal section to complete the questionnaire! For all other inquiries (makeup lesson and commercial work), please visit the contact page. Please submit a request to contact us before submitting any retainer fees to ensure the availability of your date!

How do I book for my wedding? How far in advance should I book my wedding?
Your consultation with us is always free! Please give us a call to discuss details!
Once you submit the bridal questionnaire, an artist will contact you about meeting in person (if possible) or scheduling a phone call to discuss your personalized quote and further details.
Brides usually book their wedding dates 6-12 months in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to prevent potential schedule conflicts.
Will you travel to our location?
Absolutely! Travel fees depend on the service but the information you need is listed below!
For makeovers: A quote for travel will be provided to a makeover client desiring an on-location service.
For commercial/editorial: The terms and conditions for commercial/editorial travel will be discussed once information for the job is confirmed. Please provide all details in the ‘contact’ section of our website.
For weddings: A quote for travel will be provided to you when you submit your bridal questionnaire.
For locations outside these areas, please contact us for a special rate! Ask us about our special pricing for destination weddings!
How do I make my final payment? Is gratuity included or required?
Final payments can be made with cash, debit/credit card or via CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Please note: Final payments using a debit/credit card incur a 5% transaction fee.
Gratuity is not included or required! If you feel our artists have provided exceptional service, providing a tip for such service is much appreciated!
What kinds of products do you use? How do you sanitize them? Will they cause my skin to break out?
All of our products are professional quality and are thoroughly cleaned after each usage. We use a professional brush cleaner to deep clean brushes after each use and use disposable wands for many things, including mascara, and individual 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes to keep our products free from bacteria. We also make sure to keep our hands clean, thoroughly washing before, during and after each client and we keep hand sanitizer on deck! We are aware that some clients prefer for our artists to wear gloves during makeup applications, and if you prefer that, we are happy to accommodate!
We do ask each client to provide a list of allergies or skin concerns prior to receiving a makeup service so that our artists know which products to avoid, if any. If you have a latex allergy, eczema or any other major skin concern, please let us know so that we can be prepared to keep you safe! Cleanliness and safety are our top priorities when applying makeup!
Do you offer airbrush makeup?
Our techniques are comparable to airbrush makeup and our clients praise the natural, flawless looks created without using airbrush machines. Though we do not offer airbrush services at this time, we are always looking to add new services and seek to stay up-to-date on current makeup trends, so please check back often! We welcome potential clients to try our services and decide for yourself if our techniques measure up!
Do I need to show pictures of the type of makeup look I want?
We love to see inspiration photos from our regular clients and brides! Anything you have a photo of that would help us get inspired, bring it on!
For brides, it is helpful to provide an idea of your dress, hairstyle, wedding colors and desired look for the day (natural, glam, fall-inspired, etc.). If you have makeup ideas for the rest of your bridal party, let us know that as well!
